About this property

6 Bedroom, luxury private villa with pool & 360' ocean views

The perfect vacation villa for large families or small groups! Sleeps 8-11 with comfort with complimentary mid-stay housekeeping for 7 nights or more
Experience St Lucia in this stunning 6-bedroom villa, one of the most picturesque homes in St Lucia, with 360’ views from sunrise to sunset.
The four main bedroom suites (Eclipse, Sunrise, Sunset and Starlight) all feature a king size bed with Egyptian cotton linens, AC, personal safes, smart TV's, wifi porter and ensuite bathrooms with luxury toiletries.
For bookings more than 8 people (maximum 11) two additional bedrooms (Moonlight - a king / twin) and Luna (a single) can be added at no extra cost, to create family suites with Sunrise and Sunset.
All bedrooms open to a balcony, delivering sensational views of the island, Pigeon Island, both the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Seas, and for golf fans, the greens of both Cabot and Sandals championship golf courses are literally in front of you. On a clear day looking South, you can see all the way down to the Gros Piton.
Not only a vacation home, Cap Pavilion is also available for small groups and gatherings for weddings, birthdays, family celebrations, filming, photo shoots and even private conferences up to 60 people, upon request.
Our pool area was extended within the refurbishments and can accommodate full occupancy with room to spare. It is extremely private and surrounded by native tropical habitat, with a covered grill, it makes an amazing area. From the pool area, enjoy a short stroll through the villa’s nature trail and listen out for the ospreys too.
Modernised to a high standard, room amenities include AC, ceiling fans, black out blinds, Wifi Porter for quick access in all rooms. Smart TV's mean you can login to all on demand providers such as Netflix, Prime, Paramount, Disney +, YouTube etc and each King bedroom enjoys, a personal safe and hair dryer, luxury toiletries, towels and waffle robes.
The fitness room doubles as a day spa and massage room if a little pampering is called for, and we can assist with booking a visiting service.
Modernisation has also been sympathetic to the ecological challenges the world faces, ensuring the villa is sustainable with 100% power solar generated on the estate and rainwater harvest, some 4000 gallons for irrigation and non-consumption use.
The large modern kitchen has a breakfast bar and patio with views across the Atlantic, whilst it opens up to the large open plan dining room with views across the Caribbean, perfect for a formal dining occasion.
The kitchen has all utensils and crockery, an American Fridge-freezer dispenses both ice and double purified (UV and charcoal) drinking water, plus an air fryer, a blender, coffee machine and dishwasher.
We are happy to offer a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service for booking of 7 nights or more, 2 services for 10 nights or more, 3 services for 14 nights. Additional housekeeping by agreement.
If you would enjoy a private cook/chef, we are happy to make local recommendations, and for dining out, experience the fusion of cuisines St Lucia has to offer, including the acclaimed Naked Fisherman which is just minutes away and the fun of the Friday Night Street Food Party in Gros Islet. We also highly recommend Buzz on Reduit Beach Road and whilst it is short journey down to Vigie, The Coal Pot is a stunning restaurant with amazing local sea food.
The drawing room / games room features an amazing, working, early Grand Piano, dating back to approximately 1845! Yes,180 years old. The wing can open on all sides and includes a patio complete with rattan furniture for dining, sunset or, can be utilised as an open-air home cinema / game time area with a projector beaming on to a 100” screen.
We will be delighted to assist with excursions by sea to the South of the island to take in the Pitons, the islands volcano, sulphur mud baths, waterfalls and cocoa plantations. Whilst the scuba, snorkelling and sunset cruises are something to behold.
Whether you spend your days by the pool, venture to the beach or the golf course, a stay at our welcoming villa will leave you wanting to stay just a few more days.

Beautiful villa, amazing views

On a 5-day family trip to Saint Lucia, we decided to split the nights between the north and south of the island. In the south we didn’t fare so well but staying at Cap Pavilion more than made up for it. It’s about as far north as you can go on the island, maybe 10 minutes past Rodney Bay. You can see Martinique and the views are (as advertised) incredible. Sunset does take your breath away, although we didn’t see the fabled green flash. The owner/host, David, communicated with us well in advance with easy directions for our driver and we were met upon arrival and treated to a tour of the villa and grounds. All the rooms are equally well appointed, and all have doors to a wraparound terrace. Fresh sea air makes such a change to city smog. We came to realise that we were among the first guests to the villa, because it has recently been renovated and made available for rental. It has been very well done. Like 5-star hotel standard done! Whilst we were self-catering, the host very kindly secured some fresh local produce and other provisions for us before our arrival – again, amazing customer service. On Friday, we hopped a taxi to the Gros Islet Street party and on Saturday we spent the day on the beach, both are close. We also liked that the villa has adopted solar power and rainwater collection. Thankfully we only had blue skies, but kudos David. We will return for sure.

Hi, I am an Englishman abroad, who simply loves the Caribbean and island life. More importantly I fell in love with Cap Pavilion and now, I am delighted to share it with you.

Why they chose this property

Saint Lucia is a vibrant, colourful and beautiful island. With sun, sea, beaches and a daily average of 30-31' C, it is amazing. The island is 'jumpin' right now with world class acts headling the St Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival each May, Carnival in July is ranked as one of the top five in the world and international cricket is at home at the Darren Sammy Stadium, Couple these with the worlds only drive in Volcano, waterfalls, cocao plantations, chocolate factores, diving, snorkeling and sunset cruises... It IS why Saitn Lucia is paradise.

What makes this property unique

Cap Pavilion has the most incredible location offering breathtaking 360' views across, sunrises, sunsets and everything in between. with its range of accommodation we cater for up to 11 people, small weddings, priavte events, groups and gatherings. A picture is worth a thousand words, please check out our gallery and come and say hi.
