Our lovely, private two-story townhouse is located in the highly desirable Snowcreek V community and has everything you need for a fantastic mountain vacation. Perfect for families or two couples, the home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), a bright, cozy great-room with open kitchen/dining area, a deck that opens to a beautiful outdoor oasis, and access to Snowcreek amenities including hot tub, hiking trails, and the Athletic Club (day pass required).

The space
From the welcome landing, guests go up a flight of stairs that opens into the greatroom. The inviting living space features a TV, fireplace, and oversized couch and lounge chair, perfect for nights in reading by the fire or an evening of board games. The open floor plan blends seamlessly into the well-equipped kitchen and family dining area, which seats up to six around the farmhouse table and another two at the counter bar.

Behind the kitchen is the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is accessible from the greatroom or can be closed off to create an en suite bath for the bedroom. This room features an artisan bunk bed crafted from natural log with a queen bed at the bottom and a twin bed on the top. Complete with high-quality linens, the beds are the perfect combination of charming and comfortable. The room opens onto a private balcony with a view of the mountains, making it a lovely place to watch the sunset.

If guests go down a few steps from the welcome landing, they have easy access to the one-car garage, storage space/closets and the laundry room (with full size washer/dryer). At the end of the hallway is the downstairs bedroom. This spacious room features a king size bed, large walk-in closet and a peaceful workspace. The en suite bath has double sinks, a large jacuzzi tub and a separate shower/toilet room. Large sliding glass doors lead to a private deck complete with Adirondack chairs that opens onto a large outdoor space that is lush and green in the spring and a snowy playground in the winter.

Guest access
In addition to the townhouse and garage, guests have complimentary access to the community hot tub located a few steps away from the home. In addition, there are multiple hiking trails that leave right from the property and (with the purchase of a day pass) there is easy access to the Snowcreek Resort Athletic Club and Snowcreek Golf Course.

Other things to note
We’re centrally located – approximately 2 miles from Eagle Lodge, 3 miles from Canyon Lodge and 6 miles from the Main Lodge; and a short drive from restaurants, shops and Mammoth Village.
