Escape to In the Trees, a private luxury nature resort in the Ouachita Mountains. Immerse yourself in the great outdoors & leave the hustle & bustle of daily life behind. At our resort, you'll find everything you need to unplug & reconnect with nature in the most perfect way possible, including options for a private chef, charcuterie board delivery, e-bike rentals, beekeeping experience, in-cabin massages & more!

Outdoor hot tub tucked into the privacy of your deck
Heated bathroom floors (master bath only)
Deck w/ furniture
Outdoor fireplace
Luxury Kassatex Bedding
Stocked kitchen w/ Caraway Cookware
Smart TV & Wifi (Although we encourage you to unplug!)
Vinyl Record Player
Coffee maker, fridge, small stove, oven & microwave (Coffee included)
Primary Bedroom- Main level, w/ 1 king bed and ensuite bathroom
Loft- Sleeper Sofa, twin beds lofted above sofa, and upstairs bathroom
Oaklawn Horse Racing! If you plan to enjoy a day at the races while you're in Hot Springs, ask about the availability of our In the Trees Finish Line box seat! (seats 6) Pricing varies. Available ONLY to In the Trees guests.
All units are 🐶 DOG FRIENDLY, with pet fee. (You can add this on at check out)
In the Trees is an expanding resort, and The Swallow treehouse is part of Phase 1. We ask our construction workers to start work later in the morning, especially on weekends, but we cannot always guarantee this. Please do not touch or go near any construction equipment, but we do encourage you to walk around (stay on the road) to get a glance of the exciting things coming to In the Trees! The Swallow is near construction zones.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancel 30+ days before your check-in date, receive full refund. Cancel 15-30 days before check-in date, receive 50% refund. Cancel 14 days or less before check-in date, no refund.
