The master suite features a comfortable king bed with an ensuite bathroom, and closet. Foldable/Portable full-sized infant crib and mattress available at no extra cost, unless guest occupancy exceeds 15. Mattress protector and crib sheet included as well. Indulge in a spa-like, oversized walk-in shower, featuring dual rain shower heads for a refreshing start or end to your day. The second bedroom offers a comfortable king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Additional rooms include a bedroom/sitting room with a queen-sized pull-out couch and an ensuite bathroom and two bunk rooms. The single bunk room has a twin-over-full and includes an accompanied bathroom. The second double bunk room has two twin XL-over-queen bunks. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with smart TVs, ensuring entertainment and relaxation for all. Charge your devices throughout the home with USB, type A & C, ports located within most electrical outlets.

The kitchen is a true highlight of the home--fully equipped and designed with bth style and function in mind. Featuring full-sized Cafe appliances, including refrigerator and freezer combo with built-in ice maker, a six-burner gas range with double-oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It's ready for everything from quick snacks to family-style meals. Guest will find all the essentials and more, including a 4-in-1 coffee maker, featuring drip coffee in single, K-cup or pot, with espresso maker, and milk frother, blender, toaster, ice trays, kebab skewers, and a 21 oz frother pitcher with deco pen. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cookie sheets, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, wine glasses, and all necessary utensils--forks, spoons, knives, and more. We've also included a thoughtful selection of toddler-friendly dishes, cups, and silverware to make mealtime easier for little ones.

Dine and unwind in the open-concept kitchen, designed with a relaxed coastal vibe that flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas. The compact, yet cleverly designed and inviting space features a dining table with seating for four, plus four additional counter-stools at the kitchen peninsula--perfect for casual meals, morning coffee, or evening gatherings with family and friends, keeping functionality at mind. For your convenience, we provide a small travel-sized dish soap, two dishwasher tabs, a dish cloth, a scrub sponge, two trash bags, and a roll of paper towels to get you started. You'll also receive two complimentary espresso pods to enjoy upon arrival.

Each bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with essentials to make your stay comfortable. Guests will receive one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, along with one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per guest. For makeup removal, we provide two black microfiber towels (note-white linen are not designated for makeup removal). You'll also find travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap, plus a small packet of cotton swabs in each bathroom. For added convenience, the home includes three hair dryers--one on each level.

This home sits on a corner lot in a quiet, cozy neighborhood on a low-traffic, side street. Please note, on-site parking is limited to a 2 vehicle maximum, but both free and paid public parking options are available just minutes away. Outside, you'll find multiple inviting seating areas designed to immerse guests in a peaceful, forrest-like setting. Relax in the shade on the backyard deck or patio, unwind on the front entrance patio, or take in the forrest-like views and neighborhood from the 2nd level balcony. A Blackstone grill is also available for outdoor cooking and dining. A convenient hose is located at the front entrance stairs--perfect for rinsing off sandy feet and beach gear after a day at the beach.

Cruise 30A in style with our complimentary six-seater electric LSV (low-speed vehicle). Whether you're beach-hopping or grabbing dinner nearby, it's a fun and easy way to get around. Charging cord included at the home for quick and simple recharging. The back seats fold down to make room for luggage, beach gear, or groceries--ideal for most occasions. Colored microfiber cloths are available to wipe down seating (note-white linens are not designated for use outdoors).
