Barbi and Keith’s is the perfect house to stay in just one block from Main Street! It’s beautiful and the perfect size whether you stay for a few days or even a few weeks!! We had such a great time during our stay and the house being within walking distance to everything made it so much better! I highly recommend this property for anyone!

The house is exactly as described. We appreciated that the bathroom was updated. The house felt very clean. We didn't see any bugs in the house. The A/C seemed updated, no issues keeping the house cool. We did not cook or use the hot tub...only had coffee and muffins for breakfast before heading out to explore the town and wineries. Loved the location, very walkable to downtown and Hill & Vine restaurant. Would definitely stay in this house again.

Christmas season in Fredericksburg

We were so surprised the house was decorated for Christmas, and it was so cute! Loved how close and easy the access to Main Street. Very comfortable beds. You'll enjoy your stay.

Cute Cottage, great location!

Cottage was very cute and well kept. Proximity to Main Street was a plus. We enjoyed our stay and it was a comfortable place to lay our heads after an evening of looking at Christmas lights.
