The apartment was very nice and the location is great. The issue is noise - there is a large HVAC/fan that serves the restaurant below the apartment that makes a very loud noise for most of the day and late into the night. Other than that, I would highly recommend the apartment.

Hi Roy, checking your comments I went myself with staff and we don´t perceive the noise. The machine gets off at 11pm but we are checking the noise during the day; we don´t perceive it inside the apartment. We are giving a mantainance today either way and checking each piece to assure no noise.

Great location and experience!

We have a lovely experience with friends. The location is perfect with easy access to CDMX and all the great food it has to offer. Right by the park and some of the best restaurants and bars. It’s a beautiful condo as well where we could have spent all day if we weren’t so busy seeing the city. Gema was a warm and super helpful host that welcomed us and gave us amazing recommendations. 10/10 would book again!

We had an overall good stay and really appreciated the excellent location—it made getting around Mexico City easy and enjoyable. The host was also very responsive and communicative, which we valued throughout our stay.That said, for the price point we expected the apartment to be a bit more well-appointed. The furnishings were sparse, and a few maintenance details stood out—such as a shower door that didn’t close fully (leaving the bathroom floor wet) some dirty caulking around sinks, and light bulbs that were too bright. Small things add up and affected the overall comfort and polish of the apartment.With a bit more attention to furnishings and upkeep, this could be a truly great place to stay.

Thank you for your comments Paul. We love to work on details and improve our services. About the lights: a couple of rooms have a dimmer though yes in the bathrooms are brighter lights. Happy to check on this. About bathrooms and showers, even though that cancel is new we just gave mantainance to this shower and all bathrooms and sinks so they all work pretty fine now. Drains are a constant on the area and in the city in general but all of it is working accordingly. Our property is an art deco historic spot with a super location and art deco design and finishes. Our furniture is new and demure to make spaces more open and comfy with the necessary.. friendly reminder we offer balconies and terraces in almost every room and a TV, new sofa in the dining - living room area and great natural light.

The house was great, but there was some slight miscommunication with the host. Nothing major. We definitely could have used some more towels, and toilet paper. Besides that, the space is great and photos are accurate!
