Very cute home, nice, clean, tidy. Did use and enjoy the hot tub. There is a nice walking area near home that follows a creek. This was an unexpected gift that added to the overall experience. Would recommend and stay again.

Overlook was the perfect place for my family (me, my husband, our two girls (15 and 11), and our little Westie) while visiting family for Christmas. The house was spotlessly clean and absolutely charming. The location is amazing, too, being so close to 71. Jake is an amazing host, as well, making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area!

Jake was a great host who communicate in a timely fashion. He was accommodating to letting us check in early for a wedding and gave great written directions. The home was clean, beds very comfortable and house decorated thoughtfully (loved the wallpaper and retro appliances). There was also a hot tub but we did not have time to enjoy. The only negative was the train tracks near by if you are a sensitive sleeper . We would recommended staying here for the location and great host!

The house was very clean with cute decor. It’s worth noting the house is located across the street from the interstate and a train track with a train that runs frequently throughout the night blowing its horn. There are sound machines in the bedroom which helps mask the noise but it is fairly loud. The beds are also firm but have memory foam that softens. If you plan on using the hottub, increase the temperature well ahead of time from the default temp of 98 degrees because it takes awhile to heat up.
