Entering Avasara Residence via large stepping stones over a water feature, you ll find yourself in the impressive living and dining pavilion, with its integrated kitchen. This pavilion runs almost the full length of the villa under a vaulted ceiling with a wraparound wall of glass opening onto the terrace and the incredible panoramic view.

At one end of the room is a tropical lounge area with Thai artefacts, table lamps, and large deeply cushioned rattan sofas and chairs, set around a Smart TV mounted upon a wooden cabinet. A square dining table for ten rests beside the gourmet kitchen, which showcases top of-the-range branded appliances, honey-coloured wooden units, chrome fittings and marble surfaces. Here, breakfast, casual dinners and social gatherings can be enjoyed while seated on high stools at a central island bar. There is even a built-in wine cooler for all day refreshments. Running along the outside of the room is a balcony with a clear glass barrier looking out over the garden and 20-metre pool. All-weather chairs are well positioned here for you to take in the stunning surroundings.

Stairs on both sides of the balcony lead down to the lower level of the villa where three of the five guest bedrooms face out across the garden, pool and views. A covered walkway connects the rooms and functions as a shaded outdoor terrace. All of the bedrooms present king-size beds, TVs, plenty of built-in storage space and private ensuite bathrooms. Doors from the master suites open directly onto the pool terrace and enjoy resplendent views.

Each has a separate dressing area and an ensuite bathroom with twin washbasins, a rain shower and an indulgent terrazzo bathtub situated next to a window looking directly out across the pool and to the ocean. High-quality furnishings and accessories, plush and stylish interiors make the bedrooms far more than simple sleeping spaces. On one side of the pool, sunken stools rest beside a built-in bar, incorporated into a covered sala, which also houses a dining table and cushioned bench seats. This is ideal for enjoying lazy days of grazing on snacks and drinking fresh juices or cocktails while relaxing. It is also a great spot for an alfresco feast or a small pool party.
