Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with quick access to Midtown Manhattan by bus. Summer pool access included (registered guests only; minors must be supervised). Pet-friendly with fee. All utilities included—an ideal spot to relax after a day exploring the city. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment is located on the middle level of a classic multi-family home in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Thoughtfully furnished and well-equipped, it’s a comfortable home base for city adventures, local events, or simply relaxing in a convenient, well-connected area. 🛏️ Three generously sized bedrooms 🛁 Two beautifully renovated full bathrooms 🍽️ Full kitchen with brand new appliances and essential cookware 🧺 In-unit washer/dryer for your convenience 🛋️ Expansive living room + separate dining area ☀️ Summer pool access (registered guests only) 🚗 One free parking spot included The neighborhood is safe and walkable, with easy access to major highways and public transportation. The NJ Transit bus stop is just around the corner, taking you to Midtown Manhattan in under 30 minutes. You’ll also be just a short drive from American Dream, MetLife Stadium, and a variety of local shops and restaurants. Whether you're visiting the city, catching a concert or game, or simply need extra space for your stay, this inviting apartment offers the space, comfort, and location to make it easy. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment—you will not be sharing the space with anyone else. The apartment is located on the middle floor of a multi-family home and includes a private entrance, full kitchen, living and dining areas, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The backyard and pool are shared areas used by other residents in the building. Pool access is available in the summer and is limited to registered guests only. I live on the property and am available if you need anything during your stay. I generally follow your lead when it comes to interaction—I'm happy to say hello or offer local tips, but I also respect your privacy if you prefer to keep to yourself. You're welcome to reach out anytime with questions or concerns. • 🔑 Self check-in with a keyless entry—your code will be sent before arrival • 🏡 Apartment is on the middle floor of a classic multi-family home • 🏊 Pool access is available in summer (June–August) for registered guests only • ⏰ Pool hours: 9AM–8PM • 👶 Children must be supervised in the pool at all times • 🤫 Quiet hours: 10PM–8AM—please be respectful of neighbors • 🚗 One free designated parking spot included; additional street parking requires a township permit • 🧴 Starter supplies provided: TP, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, etc. • 🐾 Pet-friendly! One well-behaved dog or cat welcome—must be added to your reservation. A $250 non-refundable pet fee applies
