You're stay is the basement suite of a 3 bedroom home. There is shared outdoor amenity space with the main-floor Airbnb.

Home is divided into your your stay the basement 3 bedroom suite and a completely separate legal main-floor suite Generally really quiet, however you may hear noise from the upper-suite.
Smart TV provided must use own account login for any TV apps (Netflix etc)
