So the pictures can be very deceiving!!! We were ready for our 4th of July weekend and it turned out to be horrible. Check in process was the worst. The codes wouldn’t work and the door was stuck and wouldn’t open. So the host came to open. The minute we walked in we noticed the living room was a little sticky and hot so we lower the ACs to 65 as soon as we got in the Kids wanted to plug in the iPad and of course the Wi-Fi wasn’t working so neither was the TV. There’s only one TV in the house. We contacted the host right away and they said they were waiting on Spectrum so we continue to ask for updates and we were kind of getting ignored and then finally my husband called and told them this is not okay. We have kids and no internet or tv and the living room was hot. So we left a couple hours to let it cool and see if it started to work and nothing. So we were basically just sitting in a house with nothing. We contacted the host and nothing til the next morning when Vrbo caught him and told him none of that was acceptable and our day was 274 a fee and he told us this morning. He can only refund us 74 so we will definitely be disputing this cause it was horrible.the worst EXPERIENCE we’ve ever had!!! Don’t stay here because like Vrbo said, the door being stuck can cause a fire and you can’t even get out and then the hose does not respond as needed.

Beware to anyone considering hosting this guest. From the get go, they attempted to con for a full refund. They will lie repeatedly in an effort to stay for free. Every time they alleged an issue, we responded in person within 30 minutes and found no substance to their report. All lies. Unfortunately, that meant that our team was responding promptly to fraudulent reports throughout the July 4th holiday. We finally had to cancel their stay and we were gracious enough to refund their remaining nights. Steer clear of these people.
