The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load and start dishwasher prior to leaving
Strip beds/gather towels. You must start the laundry and get at least 1 load started in the dryer. Our housekeeper requests this!
Please be sure to turn of AC/heat mini splits, close any windows, turn off the lights and lock the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Dogs are not allowed not the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Toss dog waste into the woods. Never leave your dog unattended in the yard.
Feel free to use the fire pit in the yard, but be careful. Always exterminate the fire COMPLETELY when done. DO NOT BRING FIREWOOD WITH YOU!
You MUST strip beds and start the laundry (sheets and towels) prior to checking out. Please run the dishwasher and remove any food and garbage.

A really cozy and inviting space. I didnt have pets (dogs) but you can tell how they really try to make it sooo pet friendly and on check-in you would never know pets were there, that clean!! checkin and checkout eazy. Personally really like the welcome binder, very informative and I like that host spells out exactly what should be done especially on check out. Most questions one would have can be covered in there welcome binder. Great small touches too.
