The house was newly remodeled, looks just like the pictures, host was amazing. Remodel has top of the line finishes, felt like a 5 start hotel. Will stay again.

Why they chose this property

The apartment is located in the heart of downtown Caguas, a vibrant area where people gather on weekends to enjoy the many restaurants and live events at the city plaza. Once the main shopping hub, downtown lost some of its appeal with the rise of malls, but in recent years it has been revitalized. Thanks to new initiatives and local investment, it’s once again a popular destination for dining, entertainment, and nightlife.

What makes this property unique

This property has been carefully restored to reflect its original 1937 charm while incorporating modern upgrades for comfort. It’s within walking distance of the Caguas Fine Arts Center and a variety of local restaurants, and just about a 25-minute drive from the vibrant energy of San Juan.
