View of lake and beach, very short walk to beach with lifeguard and beach bars / restaurant, located across from lake front homes on dead end street.
Two bedroom, open living room / kitchen floor plan, remodeled bathroom & kitchen. Fully furnished kitchen, cleanly maintained with recently updated appliances. NO bed sheets or linens PROVIDED unless requested. Flat screen TV and stereo/ cd player, A/C window units in bedrooms. Pack light and enjoy Sunset Bay activities.
Suited for responsible adults, deck table & chairs,gas grill and beach chairs provided. no bed sheets, toiletries or linens unless requested. Grocery and other stores are close by .No pets or trailers. No weekends in July or August.

Was so hot but the AC upstairs made me the envy of the family with cool sleeping!
