The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Upon leaving be sure to turn thermostat 75 summer 60 winter. Remove all trash and place in receptacle provided. TRASH must be bagged. DO NOT put trash directly in receptacle.
Strip all beds used of sheets and pillow cases ONLY, Pile sheets, pillow cases, towels & washcloths in front of washer.
PLEASE leave mattress covers on bed and leave pillows and comforters on top of bed taken off of.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smokers or vapors are ASK to please go outside. Dispose of cigarettes properly (not on the ground) NO EXCEPTIONS
PRIMARY RENTER must provide photo ID, valid email address and cell phone number.
We ask that you list full names and ages of all guests at time of booking.
