PLEASE DO:
• Parking rules are in effect 8am-10am with alternate days(Mon & Thurs/Tues & Fri) on each side of the road. We kindly ask to be respectful of our neighbor’s driveway space and be a responsible guest when bringing a vehicle with you. A fine of $500 and extra fee for towing will be charged if need be.
• Refrain from making loud noise especially beyond 0900PM. Always be a good neighbor and respect each other’s peace and quiet. There is a city ordinance regarding this and any complaints from neighbors will not be taken lightly and authorities will be called if necessary.
• Unplug any item not in use during your stay, try not to leave lights on when leaving to travel, only leave lamps on if necessary.
• Use the shoe rack as you enter the unit.
NO to any of these:
• Parties are not allowed. We always want to make sure we act like responsible adults when using other people’s home. We appreciate your understanding. At the same time, make sure to use inside voice especially late at night. There is a noise ordinance in our area and we hope our guests will be responsible and respectful to our neighbors.
• Smoking of any kind is prohibited. We have smoke detectors and will charge a fine of $1000 if any form of evidence is collected plus any other fees associated with clearing the unit of the scent.
• Loitering in front of the property.
• Bringing of extra guests not noted in the booking is prohibited. An additional $200 fine if this is not abided by.
• PETS are not allowed, as much as we love them, we try to make sure the place is ready for our next guest. An extra fee of $250 is charged if this is not followed plus an extra fee for cleaning.
Please note: Exterior camera in entryway (floodlight camera), and balcony is placed for security and insurance purposes which records video and audio upon live-motion movement in the area.
