Nestled in Madeira Beach, this delightful condo boasts 3 bedrooms including 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 twin bed with a twin pullout trundle. With 2 full bathrooms, the primary with updated shower, second bathroom with shower/tub combo, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Over 1100 square feet of living space provides ample room for all. Free Wi-Fi Internet access. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.

Beachfront screened in balcony provides plenty of seating and stunning views of the white sands of Madeira Beach and the Gulf. It's the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or relax and watch the sunset! The balcony closet contains items such as beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, TONS of sand toys, an umbrella, pool floaties and pool noodles, frisbees and more so you can hit the beach upon arrival!

This condo is newly updated and comes fully equipped for all your needs. Kitchen has all large appliances, along with a drip coffee pot and a Keurig, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, air fryer, and more. There is plenty of seating for meals with a dining table for 6 and counter seating for 4.

Outside amenities include a heated pool with plenty of seating and an outdoor patio/picnic area. The building has both stairways and an elevator to make accessing the condo easy.

Beach Vacation

The condo was very nice and cozy. We loved sitting out on the balcony listening and watching the waves come in. The location felt safe. The only thing we didn’t like was the boardwalk was a little further than we thought.

Absolute paradise!

This condo really did live up to expectations and was just as gorgeous as it appeared in the photos. It was very clean, amazing views, very well stocked with everything we needed and Eric, the caretaker, was brilliant for looking after us when we had questions etc. I cannot recommend this condo highly enough and we would definitely book it again.

Easy parking,felt safe with young children. Beach and pool areas never over crowded. Nice leisurely stroll on the beach to Johns Pass. 5 minute walk to great dining at Caddy’s and Reef’s for breakfast. Perfect weather with the sea warmer than the pool - amazing sunsets

Winter Getaway

We just left after a week stay. We would definitely stay again. Everything was very clean and updated. Having the closet of beach toys and beach towels was very appreciated since we traveled from MN and didnt have to pack them. Would recommend!

Relaxing stay on the beach

Highlights for us begin with the condo’s cleanliness and how many items the unit was stocked with, especially in the kitchen. Convenient location was a big plus. Steps to the beach, short walks to restaurants and to the boardwalk. Communication with the owner and with Eric was quick and helpful.

Paradise in Maderia Beach

Totally perfect in every aspect...fully equipped kitchen, beautiful views from balcony, luxurious lines/towels. Just a few steps from the beach and ease of check in/out was smooth. Will definitely book for next September. Thank you Eric for such a memorable first time experience with Maderia Beach.

The condo was beautifully maintained and clean. Everything you need to enjoy your stay including nice thick bath towels! View is amazing. Beds comfy with plenty of pillows for your desired softness. Sheets were amazing! Very nice condo.

Beach Vacation

This condo was perfect for my family’s beach vacation. It was clean, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the views from the balcony were beautiful! I was also really appreciate that it had everything we needed there- towels, kitchen items, baby items, even a fully loaded outdoor closet with everything we needed for the beach since we flew in and couldn’t bring these items. We will definitely stay here again in the future! Thanks again for an awesome vacation rental :)

Fun vacation

As advertised. Easy beach access. Unlike many other rentals we have stayed at, this one provided enough garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent for the week. It also had newer chairs and umbrellas for the beach! The sliding doors could be updated so the A/C didn’t have to work so hard.

Awesome location

This was our first time at Madeira Beach and we loved it. The unit was perfect location to the beach since we had our 2 and 4 year old grandchildren with us. They loved the pool too! The unit was very clean and well stocked with paper products and such. Eric, the property manager was great and easy to contact. There were also plenty of beach towels,chairs, and sand toys. We also drove to Disney for a day since it’s only 2 hours away!

An Amazing Place to stay on the Beach

This property is amazing!!! - Comfortable Beds - Updated furnishings - Right on the Beach, no road to cross - In a quieter part of the beach, away from public access - Very clean facility, well maintained - Conveniences like LOTS of towels, soaps, seasonings for cooking, coffee filters, NICE pots and pans and silverware, dishes and cups - Large and Nicely furnished balcony to enjoy morning coffee - And the TVS!!! huge!!! Eric - the property manager was very friendly and responsive. I will definitely be back for another stay.

NO POOL SINCE HURRICANE IN OCTOBER 2024

NO FUNCTIONAL POOL as of March 2025. I chose location in January due to pool photos and description. Condo development is an active construction zone, being painted, pool is mostly empty with some dirty rain water at the bottom, no patio area, and has wood in place of windows in the lobby. Contacted owner at check in about pool. Per owner, since the hurricane (October 2024), “the whole area is pool less.” Contacted Vrbo after check out to let them know about inaccurate listing. Listing still has a pool in description and photos. Location was easy walk out to beach. Clean. Look for any reviews of this place since hurricane in October 2024 for updated status of building/pool. Disappointed kids.

Great Stay Highly Recommend

The pictures are spot on for this rental and the views are amazing. John is there to help every step of the way. The only thing I would caution is in regards to the beach. There are concrete forms in the water called Jetties to help keep the sand from eroding. These are visible during low tide and hidden in the water during high tide. Watch your kids near these. I was sucked into one and it scrapped me up pretty good.

Stay here - well worth it!

Book this place - it was amazing, especially the view from the balcony! There is plenty of cookware/utensils - even a highchair which was unexpected and very helpful! It has everything we needed. There is a closet on the balcony with beach toys, chairs, an umbrella AND a cooler! There was also plenty of beach towels. We had 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space to spread out. Eric, the manager, was very clear with communication and promptly responded to concerns (the coffee maker wasn't working and brought a new one the same day). We recommend Caddy's a couple blocks over to eat + drink, as well as the ice cream shop directly across the street. We highly recommend this place.

Easy like Sunday morning

One of my goals was to have a property that was easy access. We did not want to have to pay for valet and this property has an assigned parking spot and we did not want to have to wait for elevators and this villa was on the 3rd floor. I cannot think of one thing this property lacked. Towels, blankets, all cooking equipment that you could want, closet full of beach chairs, balls , toys and it was spotless. St. John’s Pass within walking distance. Our group loved every minute of it. Thank you for a perfect stay.

nice beach and condo

This condo is fully equipped and had everything we needed, especially when flying and not being able to bring much on a plane. There is a closet full of beach toys, boogie boards, coolers and beach chairs. The addition of a beach umbrella or canopy would be nice as that is difficult for air travelers to being, however, there are beach chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach right outside the condo. The beach was only steps from the building, nice and flat (no dunes to cross) and not crowded at all. Everything inside has been renovated and the kitchen is fully equipped. The beds could stand to have the mattresses replaced, though. The second bedroom had a 4" thick pad added to it to disguise the worn mattress, and I sunk so deeply into it that I felt like I was sleeping in a hammock all week. That bedroom also needs to have a room darkening shade or curtains added as it faces the east and the sun is bright at 6 am. The vacuum in the condo is old and doesn't work properly, so be prepared to sweep the floors (all tile with only one rug in the living room) if you want to get the sand up. We really appreciated that there was enough toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, laundry detergent and hand soap to last the week. They even provided small shampoo and conditioner if you forgot to bring that. The addition of a couple of outdoor grills on the property would be nice. We had a great stay and would recommend this property to anyone interested in vacationing in this area.

I’ve been staying at Villa Madeira for YEARS and this was by far my favorite room. Not only did they have absolutely everything you’d need for a perfect beach day ( chairs, umbrellas, toys, boards ) they also had a fully stocked kitchen with a portable highchair. The property manager is also amazing and was so helpful. Already planning our next stay!!!

I enjoy golfing, reading, vacations on the beach, and spending time with my family. I like being a host because I love sharing our beautiful condo so many others can enjoy a fabulous beach vacation.

Why they chose this property

My family and I fell in love with Madeira Beach while vacationing there over spring break. The white sands of the beach are so beautiful, and the sunsets here are amazing. The close proximity of this property to John's Pass puts you within walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, shopping, and water activities.

What makes this property unique

The location of this property is amazing! There are restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and much more within walking distance. Just 45 minutes from Tampa, which gives families the option to visit The Tampa Aquarium, Zoo Tampa at Lowery Park, or even take in a Tampa Bucs or Rays game. Busch Gardens is also located in Tampa for those looking for a theme park day. Being directly on the beach is the best part of our condo!
