Come experience Paradise! 1 Bedroom Condo right at the water's edge. Perfect for those who want to get away from it all, this condo has everything you need. The living room and kitchen have full ocean views. This perfect piece of Paradise offers a beautiful white sand beach that is great for long walks on the beach (it's 6 miles long making it the longest continuous beach in the state of Hawaii).

Green sea turtles love this stretch of beach and lay their eggs on the beaches just north of the complex. Also about a mile away is Kealia National Wildlife Preserve with a boardwalk to observe tropical birds environment... without harming their nesting areas. In the winter months, Humpback whales have chosen the warm waters of Maui to have their babies. Between December and early April, you will see mother whales teaching their babies how to breach, bringing most of their bodies out of the water and landing with a spectacular splash.
It's location is perfect for all your island adventures. Right in the middle of the island, you are centrally located to Lahaina, Wailea and Upcountry Maui. Whether you want to spend your time relaxing on the beaches, Ziplining through rainforest, or golfing at luxurious courses, this is the perfect spot for you.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay here. The bed was so comfortable, beautiful view, pool and hot tub were great. Lots of what you need to enjoy a vacation were right here (beach towels, beach chairs, etc). It was very windy, but maybe that is just Maui this time of year.

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I came to Maui to celebrate 10 years together. We knew we would be exploring the whole island, so Kihei was the perfect central location. This condo was perfect! Very clean, spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more! We loved looking out at the water each morning as we enjoyed our breakfast on the lanai. This property exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable and special trip.

First time to Maui and loved it!

The unit is pretty well stocked in kitchen and bathroom. Has beach towels, beach chairs, beach blanket and noodles to use. The bed is super comfy. Easy quick walk to pool and beach. Sugar beach was great walking. The whales were out in fine form and even some sea turtles poking their heads out of the water near shore. We will be back!

Beautiful Maui Resort

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean, the pool and hot tub were awesome and the view of ocean was fantastic. We were able to enjoy our coffee every morning while listening to the ocean waves. The place had amble parking, the grounds were meticulously maintained, and beach was only a few steps away. Highly recommend!

This condo was great! Well stocked and clean. We’ve stayed in other units that had the bare minimum. We were surprised when we walked in to see all the extras! Furniture was comfortable and the view from lanai was awesome!

I moved to Maui almost 20 years ago with my husband and boys, ages 1 & 3. We became part of the community through coaching and being team mom for several youth sports including soccer, basketball and baseball.

I love the ocean, paddleboarding, watching for the green flash at sunset and when the humpback whales are in season.

Hosting helps me share what I love so much about my island home and reminds me to not take it for granted.

Why they chose this property

I love walking along Sugar Beach.

If you wander north, you'll see many crabs, fish and birds. You may see the outrigger canoes going for a paddle. They have visitor paddles if you would like to experience it. You can also learn how to e-foil. Kealia National Wildlife Refuge has a walkway over the pond for perfect views of Haleakala, West Maui Mountains and many types of birds, fish and butterflies. If you go to the end of the beach, you'll reach Maalaea Harbor featuring Maui Ocean Center, shops and restaurants as well as many fishing and sightseeing boats.

If you go south, just across the street from Kihei Canoe Club, there's a convenience store, bakery, farmer's market and shave ice.

The resort offers a concierge, massage, sauna, bar/restaurant, pool, spa, and BBQ's.
