Why they chose this property
The 100 block of S. Gay Street is an extremely walkable area with an artsy vibe and endless options for great food, drink and entertainment. This is a popular block for downtown residents because of its proximity to restaurants and entertainment venues, but it stays a little quieter than Market Square and the Old City.
