The Space:
The house includes an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings above a fully fitted stainless-steel kitchen, dining area, and family area with Smart 65-inch flat panel TV.

The house is part of a five-cottage community which shares the parking but is otherwise private. Each with a separate entrance, private front and back porch overlooking the grounds and this historic neighborhood. Can be perfect for large family get togethers or groups! A ten-minute uber away, Veradona Beach invites you to socialize and relax with family and friends at the beach The beach is situated beyond breezy dunes overlooking the sandy beach. You will enjoy sun filled days at the beach or gaze over the Atlantic Ocean.

We are host to four other vacation cottages and homes in this historic complex that share a big yard and huge outdoor patio.

A ten-minute drive away, Veradona Beach invites you to relax with family and friends at the beach club. The beach is situated among breezy dunes overlooking a historic coquina sand beach. You will enjoy sun filled days at the beach, Gaze over the Atlantic Ocean vista from the dunes and enjoy a casual beach lifestyle.

We are host to four other vacation cottages and homes in this historic complex that share a big yard and huge outdoor patio.

Getting Around:
St. Augustine is one of the most Walkable Cities in Florida and you are just a short two blocks from San Marcos with stations for Red Train Tours and Old Town Trolley Tours. This train-like transportation is convenient for sightseeing but also jumping on and off without worrying. There are several stops daily including the Colonial Quarter, Fountain of Youth, Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, St. George Street, Lightner Museum, Plaza de la Constitucion, St. Augustine Distillery, and more.

Want more, bicycles, mopeds, and Scoot Coupes (2-seated scooters).
Solano Cycle Solano Cycle just 2 blocks away rents bicycles, 1-seater scooters, 2-seater scooters, Scoot Coupes, walkers, strollers, wheelchairs, and mobility strollers by the hour, overnight, and week.

St. Augustine Bike Rentals on King Street rents bicycles, scooters, Segway, or book a bike tour.

Other Things to Note:
For your protection and protection of the property, video recordings of the exterior grounds occur incrementally. These recordings are routinely deleted by the system and are only be shared with law enforcement where needed.

This property is licensed with the City of St. Augustine, St. Johns County, and state of Florida for vacation rentals. Lodging is subject to state/county taxes which is currently 10%.

Payment Policy:
Payment is due at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Prior to 60 days 100% refund before check-in.
Prior to 30 days 50% refund (less service fee) before check-in.

> Minimum age of primary renter: 25
> Pets permitted by request (Non-refundable pet deodorizing fee of $75 pet fee with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation).
