The house is really nice the neighborhood is quiet and the house is spacious one thing id say is they meed a softer mattress in the big bedroom but the house is really good host is really good just was a unplanned book when i booked i definitely recommend this place tho

This is a pretty home on a beautiful and peaceful acre of land. It feels very safe.Unfortunately, it was not well maintained and the host was very unpleasant to deal with. The septic tank backed up and overflowed raw sewage into 2 bathtubs and 1 shower during our stay; the sink garbage disposal was broken, so the sink was a very slow drain; a bag of open garbage was sitting on the back patio attracting insects; dirty dishes and utensils in the kitchen; and dirty laundry had been left in the shower from a prior stay.Our evening was ruined by the overflowing septic tank and a maintenance worker walking through the bedrooms and common spaces, cross contaminating the home with septic waste, while he worked for over an hour. Our host was unwilling to offer any amount of refund for the disruption and inability to use two bathrooms and one bedroom because of the unsanitary septic tank problem. When VRBO got involved, she was very rude and unprofessional, hanging up before anything was resolved and leaving us to deal with this separately. It's a shame because this could have been a great stay, but was ruined by poor maintenance and a rude host.
