Light and fresh south of the highway and a stones throw to Old Fort Pond off of Shinnecock Bay in Southampton. Situated on a quiet street and only a short distance to Southampton Village and local beaches. Take a beautiful bike ride down Hill Street into Southampton Village and/or Coopers Beach!

Fantastic Stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home! The home was spacious, immaculate & fully stocked with everything you need. Perfect location - just minutes to town, Cooper's Beach, the Bay, great restaurants. Wonderful yard, great large pool & very private. Had a great experience closing out the summer at this home.

A Perfect Week by the Beach

Amy was an excellent host and very easy to get a hold of. Her home was also absolutely gorgeous and spotless and very close to the village of Southampton, which made it also very convenient. Best part? Definitely that beautiful pool in the backyard.

Beautiful property

The house was well maintained. Beautiful neighborhood. Gorgeous yard. The owners were very helpful and quick to address any issues. Would rent there again. We had a wonderful experience.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

My family and I have been renting this house now the past 3 summers and we couldn't be more pleased. The owner is very attentive and always replies quickly if you have any questions. Every visit has been wonderful and highly recommend this house for rental.

Great family Beach House Rental

My family and I had an amazing time and would definitely rent this house again. Amy, the owner was very helpful if we had any questions or concerns and always readily available. The house was family friendly and easily accessible to town, beach, shopping and restaurants.
