Why they chose this property

This is a quiet, gated community with beautiful views of the mountains and sea. The residence is close to the city center and major entertainment areas, yet still offers privacy and relaxation. Private parking in the fenced area is also a significant advantage. The residence itself is well-maintained, featuring flower beds, palm trees, and a light installation. The entire complex is thoroughly cleaned once a week.

What makes this property unique

I’ve designed and prepared this accommodation to meet the standards I’d expect when traveling myself.
The hospitality industry turned out to fit for me because I'm a perfectionist and a pedant (and this is very important here). I'm constantly renovating my apartment or making improvements.
Before guests arrive, I carefully examine the results of my cleaning several times to pick up any forgotten specks of dust.
