Situated in the backyard on the 4th floor, without lift the loft is quietly located in a lovely neighbourhood, with convenient public transportation, late night convenience stores, restaurants and cafes nearby.
I'm a filmmaker living and working in Berlin, and I rent out the spare room located on the ground floor of my apartment, while I occupy the space upstairs.
It's a sunny duplex loft in beautiful Schillerkiez, very spacious, with private terrace facing south , right next door to Tempelholfer Feld. The newly furnished 125m2 apartment has 2 floors: open kitchen and living room, one private bedroom, big bathroom on the ground floor; open loft with double bed, toilet shower and a terrace upstairs.I occupy the space upstairs, so you will have the downstairs pretty much by yourself, only the kitchen is shared.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very nice, everything super clean and we felt very welcomed by our host. The location of the flat is also great, right next to Tempelhofer Feld. We would be happy to come back next time we are in Berlin :)

Praktisch, aber keine FeWo

Einfaches, aber sauberes kleines Zimmer in der Wohnung einer freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin. Praktische Lage in relativer Nähe zur U-Bahn, Nahversorger und Restaurants sind vorhanden. Leider im 4 OG ohne Lift, daher für Gehbehinderte nicht sehr empfehlenswert. Für ein oder zwei Nächte statt eines Hotelzimmers ist diese Unterkunft geeignet, wenn auch leider (berlintypisch) nicht gerade günstig. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich dieses Zimmer eher nicht wählen. Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich nicht um eine Ferienwohnung, weshalb sie eigentlich eher nicht über FeWo-Vermittlungen vertrieben werden sollte.
