Great for entertaining

With a table that can easily seat 10 and an outdoor deck that can easily seat 20, this is a great house for entertaining. Quiet neighborhood. Great location. Host is very attentive to your needs.

Neighbors

We've lived in this neighborhood along the Missouri River for thirty-one years. I say that "it's the best little neighborhood in Bismarck." We were hosting out-of-state visitors for five days and our house was too small to accommodate us all. The location was perfect for our five extra guests, less than a block walk from our house. The house is spacious, was very clean and perfectly fit the bill for our company. The wooded location is extremely quiet yet located just minutes outside Bismarck. We will rent this again when the visiting group is larger than our house can handle. Our guests were more than pleased and impressed.

We really enjoyed our stay. Literally everything you could need is provided to entertain the whole family. DVD collection, coffee creamers, dishes, extra towels, backyard entertainment, and plenty of space. Very nice place.

Wedding weekend getaway

I needed a place in Bismarck for several people. Plus a place to gather too. There were issues about the heat, but it was resolved. Plus the remote to the garage door didn’t work, but we were able to use the front door. This house was a great place to call home, at least for the weekend.

This house was perfect for our group of five adults. Plenty of room to spread out with a nice deck for grilling every night. House was well furnished with everything we needed.

Family Wedding

The house was awesome for the number of people we had. Everyone was comfortable and we had alot of space. Kitchen was well supplied with everything you would need. Only downside was the pans were too big to fit into the oven so we had to put them in sideways. The owners left uncured bacon and fresh eggs which were a nice touch and surprise. There was only one TV in the whole house and did not give us access to local channels. Bummer because we couldn't watch any football games. The outdoor space was great and we spent a lot of time outside. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a small group

This was a perfect place to get together with our friends from out of town. There was plenty of room for all of us to move around and several places to sit and relax. The property is beautiful in the fall.

Quiet place in the country with ample room

Very nice home with plenty of space for all of our family. There's a front living room and a back living room to allow multiple groups to visit. Large dining room and beautiful back yard with two tables and plenty of chairs.

Beautiful and relaxing property with large deck

House is amazing. Nice furniture. Great deck with grills. Huge dining room table. Kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, spices, flour, sugar, oil........ It is set up for cooking. Very comfortable all the way around.

A great house and beautiful location. The hidden gem was the sauna which worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this house for a family stay in the Bismarck Mandan area. Close to everything you need but quiet and peaceful.

The woods

Our second time staying here. We love the location, close to the Desert and my Dads house, and we love waking up in the trees. Love the large dining area as we don’t eat out often since there are so many of us. The house works well for us.

Great Family getaway

This property has it all. Close to the airport and town. Wildlife and Missouri River within a mile. Nice safe neighborhood. Host is great at the little details. I really enjoyed the sauna and all the extra space to host. If we come back to ND this will be the place we stay.

The house and the neighborhood was wonderful. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Everything about the house was perfect. So relaxing. A great place for a family or a couple or even just a person by themself. Was in town for a wedding and it was the perfect location. Highly recommended

Why they chose this property

I grew up in the river bottom’s, just a mile down the road. To share this experience with our kids was why we chose it. Our neighborhood is very special as we all watch out for each other. The views and the wildlife with so much space we enjoy. Saint Mary’s College Bell's we love hearing daily, as this reminds us we are so loved.
