• 7 min drive to Leisure World: A large, gated retirement community located northeast of Old Town, offering various amenities for active seniors.
• 9 min drive to College Park East: A residential neighborhood east of Old Town, characterized by single-family homes and parks.
• 6 min drive to College Park West: Located to the north of Old Town, this area offers a suburban feel with close proximity to the beach.
Getting Around:
Car is highly recommended.
