Most communicative and helpful hosts I’ve encountered in a long time. Everything was cozy and perfect for a quick getaway. We were here during a big snowstorm and felt perfectly comfortable.

We have been in Kingston for Christmas for the last few years and stay at a VRBO. This one was the most accessible, roomy and the hosts are very accommodating. Extremely clean with many essentials available. Also very easy to walk to the bars and restaurants in the historic district. I would highly recommend and, very affordable! A lot of value and quality! Thank you!

A very easy walk to both the Stockade district and mid town. Don’t miss out on the sandwiches at Joe's Deli right next door!

Eric and Derek could not have been more responsive, accommodating, and welcoming. This was put to a serious test when the unusually frigid temperatures froze the pipes to the bath and shower. They tried to resolve the issue but the single digit temps won out. With no hesitation, they issued a refund to us.The loft was top to bottom sparkling clean and showed great attention to detail and thoughtful design. Excellent location as well. Gratitude to their demonstrated professionalism.
