I've lived in Santa Barbara since 1983 and have had the pleasure to call home almost every neighborhood in Santa Barbara and Montecito. This home was my personal home but I just recently moved and have decided to share it with you. I was a home builder and interior designer and love being outside. You cannot beat Santa Barbara.

Why they chose this property

The Mesa is a classic California beach neighborhood where everyone is friendly and open. Having the home be steps to the beach is magical for those early morning or evening walks on the beach for sunrise and sunset.

What makes this property unique

This property was remodeled to be my personal residence so the amenities are a higher caliber than a home that was always a vacation rental. In addition, there are numerous outdoor areas to enjoy.
