The master bedroom includes 2 full size beds with 2 closets and an en-suite bathroom. The lower level also houses another king bedroom with rollaway bed, set of full size beds and a sleeper sectional sofa. Ideal for families, bachelor/bachelorette visits, business travelers, vacationers, travel teams or couples trips this home is truly an oasis with an outdoor space that rivals the best of backyards. A beautifully decorated pergola covers a brand new 8 person hot tub and patio seating. When not soaking in the hot tub or reclining on the patio furniture you could catch the City Breeze while swinging on the hammock or playing a round of cornhole.

-No smoking allowed. A $500+ penalty plus cost of remediation, and immediate removal of guests from the property if any signs of smoking in the unit or on the property is discovered at any time

-Please respect check-in and check-out times.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
-No pets allowed.
-Unauthorized pets will be fined
-No loud music at anytime
-Absolutely no loud noise and/or any music, loud TV between 10pm and 8am.
