The pool filter was off causing a concern for long hair with our kids swimming. The pool net was completely torn and unusable for cleaning the pool. The grill was unlocked and dirty with old food on it. There were only two outdoor Adirondack style chairs to sit around the pool other chairs in the garage were broken when we arrived. The garage door lock was broken and unable to be locked. The dryer stopped drying, seeming to be an issue with the vent and the owner only responds hours after reaching out. There were dirty covers on the couches, ripped pillows on the couches, the floor was very dirty as if it hasn’t been scrubbed or mopped. There were no wash clothes of any kind we had to go buy some. There was no soap in two of the 5 bathrooms. The filters in each room were CAKED in thick dust. Blinds in each room were broken and unable to be opened or closed. The bed frame in bedroom 7 was broken. The closet doors in room 6 was broken. Outlets in 2 of the bedrooms did not work at all and almost every outlet in the house was extremely loose and able to be moved. The fan in the master does not turnoff, the owner stated there was a remote, there was not. The safe in the downstairs master does not work. There were two fans located in the closets of two bedrooms that were full of dust and did not work at all. We came back to the house and there were workers replacing the dryer without being told they’d be there and we were not in the home.
