The space

Freshly built in 2025, our 5 bedroom home is the perfect spot for you and up to 16 guests. The open layout main floor combined with 5 bedrooms ensure a comfortable stay. Not to mention the cozy backyard with games, BBQ, hammock, outdoor tv, lounging, and of course the pool and hot tub.

Room Descriptions:

• Master Bedroom: King bed, smart tv, full length mirror, attached master bathroom, dual vanity, shower, stand alone tub, private toilet room, walk in closet. (Ground floor, 2 person)
• Casita: King bed, attached private bathroom, tub/shower combo, closet. (Detached from house, private entrance, 2 person)
• Bedroom 1: Queen bunk bed, smart tv, closet, attached bathroom, shower. (2nd floor, 4 person)
• Bedroom 2: Queen bunk bed, walk in closet, shared bathroom just outside door. (2nd floor, 4 person)
• Upstair Loft: Queen bed, attached bathroom, shower, closet, office work space. (3rd floor, 2 person)
• Extra beds: Queen pull out couch mattress located in living room. Single pull out couch mattress in 2nd floor gathering room. Queen blow up mattress stowed away in the master closet.

Each bedroom is outfitted with premium pillows, linens, and sheets. Closets have hangars and shelving. There are even standing fans stowed away in a couple closets.

Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, body wash, hand soap, Q-tips, make up wipes, and of course plenty of toilet paper. Along with bath towels, hand towels, and face clothes. There are even hair dryers and straighteners!

Kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. Oven, natural gas stove top, Single serve or pot coffee Keurig w/k cups, blender, ice machine, fridge w/filtered water dispenser, freezer, wine fridges, microwave, dishwasher w/pods, pots, pans, cooking utensils, cooking oils, basic seasonings, cutting boards, enough plates, cups, bowls, silverware for 16.

Backyard Paradise:

The Hot tub is in your control with free heat. The pool can be heated for $40/night if the Texas heat hasn't already done so. Pool towels are provided!

Our back patio has plenty of seating, a smart tv, BBQ, and yard games.

Laundry room equipped with washer, dryer, steamer, iron, and of course detergent/dryer sheets.

Carport with garage door may fit 2 small vehicles or one regular sized.

We kindly ask that any outdoor activities be kept to the backyard to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our neighborhood. Additionally, please park only in front of the property to avoid any conflicts with our wonderful neighbors.

Other things to note

We love our neighbors and ask that you give them the utmost respect. Please keep noise at a reasonable level especially when outside the home. Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am Friday - Saturday and 9:00pm to 8:00am Sunday - Thursday.

The use of amenities such as the pool and spa are at guests' own risk. We encourage all guests to utilize these features responsibly, always keeping safety in mind.
