3) TRASH - put all trash in front of your door. 4) LOCK DOORS: Please place keys on the bed/table in room or back into the lock box. Code 8386. If having trouble put in MAILBOX 2.

Overall very clean room, great stay for the price. It was a bit farther from Metro station (NoMA) than I anticipated, 1.1 miles, if you plan to use subway. The host was friendly and communicated well, also left water and essential items, which was appreciated.

Our room was very nice, exactly as advertised. Great communication with the host. He let us check in after hours which was what we needed. The only major downside was there wasn't very much lighting to get in at night and there were a lot of locks to do in the dark.

My stay in DC

The host was marvelous. She had the site set up nicely. It was clean. She had plenty of towels and wash clothes. Very well done A few complaints, some of the neighborhood residents were asking for money. That was annoying. The parking was difficult on some days. I expressed all of this to the host, and she said they are working on improvements.
