Fenced backyard with patio table/chairs, seating area and lounge chairs, to enjoy your family time. Games, beach chairs/toys/towels also available for use. 24 hour gated community. Gorgeous community pool, tennis/Pickle ball court. 10 min walk to the private Columbus cove beach to enjoy a day of swimming, food & drinks. Minutes to KFC, Pizza hut, Starbucks, Grocery store, Knustford express, Devon House icecream etc.
Short drive to Dunn's river, Mystic Mountain and many other local tourist attractions.
Driver and Chef available for a fee (please inquire in advance)

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used bath and beach towels in the laundry room. Please leave bedding on beds for cleaner to pretreat if necessary. Please turn off all lights and Air conditioning units.
Please put bagged garbage in black trash bin in the backyard. If it's Sunday Eve, please bring trash in bag or bin to end of the driveway.
Don't forget to log TVs out of any of your personal streaming sites, close umbrella and replace outdoor furniture covers. Please lock doors and windows before departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No outdoor shoes to be warn inside the house (Please use shoe rack on the front porch) Please turn off the lights and AC units when leaving the home.
We have a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper.(Plumbing charges passed on to guest if rule is broken) No glitter/confetti/dying of hair.
No unregistered/unapproved guests. No tampering with WIFI, outdoor sensor lights or outdoor security cameras. Quiet hrs: 10pm-7am NO Pets, NO Smoking
