Newly Renovated Charming Guest House in Chilmark with WiFi, AC, Covered Porch
This newly renovated one bedroom guest house with open-style living is the perfect Chilmark get away for a couple with one or two young children. With cathedral ceilings, the first floor great room has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast spot, separate dining and living areas, pull-out sofa, half-bath with full laundry, and access to a private covered porch for cookouts and gatherings as well as an outdoor shower. The second floor has a loft style bedroom with a king bed and full bath. Short drive to Menemsha harbor, Beetlebung Corner and Chilmark General Store, as well as Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket Beaches. Beach sticker for town beaches available. Main house, approximately 200 feet away, is occupied but the guest house remains private.
