Yard is completely fenced in for kids and pups to play safely. $30 pet fee.

Central air conditioning (heating/cooling)
Large porch with views of the mountains and lovely breezes.
Coffee maker; full pot or Kcups.
Full, remodeled kitchen in large open area for visiting and having meals together.
One bedroom with king size bed. One with double bed. One with a twin bed. All beds made up with sheets, blanket, and coverlet.
Laundry room (washer/dryer) has the twin bed.
High chair in the master bedroom closet.
Large Propane Grill and picnic table.
Great open Porch, area with the view, is 10' by 20'.
