Large one bedroom apartment, on 3rd floor above in a historic building Eat in Kitchen, living room and separate sleeping room with a queen and bunk beds for the kids. One of 9 apartments in an old historic building with stairs but all brand new furniture and appliances. We will make you fell like you are staying in our home!

Reminder: this is a historic building and does contain steep staircases. Fenicci’s restaurant located on the first floor of the building Unique setting in an iconic town. We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to the park and the stadium for concerts. We loved the restaurant and bar downstairs and had such a fun time with the bartenders, Will and Shannon. The one small issue we had was promptly taken care of by management, which we really appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay in Hershey

What a great stay! My wife, son and I all enjoy everything about this rental! The location can’t be beat, it was clean and had everything we needed for a fun start to our Christmas holiday in Hershey! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place in a great location.

Great location

Smooth process for booking and check in/check out. Apartment is in downtown Hershey, so walkable distance to practically anything you would need. I would stay here again for sure.

Great place to stay! Walking distance to Hershey (20 minutes). Clean rooms, great communication on how to get into the building and exactly what our family needed after a day in the park. We will definitely book again.

Very cool to stay in a unique building right on Chocolate ave. It took a bit of exploring to find the entrance. The description provided by the host helped. Parking was easy in municipal lot. And we were within walking distance to everything. We were even able to walk to Chocolate World.

Everything was good the food in the restaurant was outstanding. parking was a little tough but doable. the room was nice exception being the Air conditioners were weak and we cleaned the filters they were clogged which helped. outside of that was clean and comfortable. will definitely recommend and use again

He really enjoyed this place. There is a lot of history to it. We loved the location. Brewery, Starbucks, and restaurants across the street. So close to Hershey you can see the roller coasters. Would definitely rent again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in the heart of Hershey! 20 min drive to Hersheypark and everything else was a walkable distance to a lot of conveniences! Starbucks was across the street as well as restaurants and other shops. Farmers Market is a must for different food options and sweets! We unfortunately did not try Fenicci's, the restaurant below us,But the restaurant and building date back to1935! Super cool! We definitely will be back in the summer and plan to stay here again and also give Fenicci's a try, and visit the Hershey Story Museum, also located across the street!

Great location!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location as it was such a short distance to all of our activities (Giant Center, Hershey Park/ Chocolate World! Phil’s Italian restaurant downstairs was phenomenal, great service and staff was amazing. Our room was the perfect size for my husband and I, will definitely be back!

The entrance was dirty and made you feel like you were in an unsafe area. To get to your apartment, you go up a lot of steps that pass by a restaurant kitchen, washer and dryer There were boxes and bags laying all over. It was dark and we couldn’t tell if we were at the right location. There could be better signs. However, once upstairs the apartment was clean and is centrally located for all the amenities of Hershey

The building is shared with the restaurant, so access sometimes passes through a shared space, but it should never feel cluttered, unclear, or uncomfortable. We’ll be addressing this. Clean, great if you need a kitchen

The place was very clean. The beds were not very comfortable and the two small ACs had a hard time keeping up, at least when we were there and it was in the 80s with high humidity. Accessing the apartment wasn’t great- you have to go to a few flights of narrow winding stairs.

We were happy from check in until checkout. The only complaint we would have is the climbing the very steep narrow stairs. Which we knew about prior to check in. Host was great and very accomodating, close walk or drive to all we had planned.

Can’t beat the location of this place. A short drive to all major Hershey attractions. Check in was as easy as it gets and it’s obvious the owners are committed to making your stay a positive experience. The complementary bottle of wine was a nice touch as well as the candy to truly kick off our Hershey experience. If you’re looking for an affordable place that’s close to all the action, check this place out!

Amazing location for Hershey Park visit

We chose this property for its location and great communication with the owner. I traveled via train with my two teens and we were able to walk to the park and chocolate world with ease. There are restaurants, a pharmacy, and a food market within a 5 minute walk as well. Easy and affordable.
