Make sure air/heat and fireplace are turned off
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
AIR CONDITIONER: Please do not leave doors open while running the air conditioner.
FIREPLACE: Turn on fan on right side of the fireplace, click on light switch. Run for 3 minutes and then give a rest for 5 minutes.
Smoke-Free Zone: Guests can only smoke in outdoor areas, away from the entryway. No smoking is allowed inside or on the attached patio.

I've been enjoying Arrow Point for over 10 years! It's a joy to relax lakeside with a book or while listening to music. Getting out on a kayak or floating on a raft is also one of my favorties while on lake Coeur d'Alene.
I'm excited to welcome you to my home, away from my home in the Arizona desert.
While I'm recently new to hosting, my goal is to provide you with a relaxing and fun-filled time while enjoying the beauty of Coeur-d'Alene lake.

Why they chose this property

Coffee on the patio with fresh air, sunsets that last until 10PM, and laughter of people boating and playing outdoors are a few things that I love about Arrow Point and lake Coeur-d'Alene.
It's fun to make the short 20 minute drive into downtown where there are many restaurants, boutiques, and live music festivals throughout the summer.

What makes this property unique

This property is intended to feel like a summer lakehouse retreat. It's a tranquil and rejuvenating escape, characterized by sunny days spent swimming, boating, sunbathing and relaxing by the water during the day. Then, enjoying warm evenings with delicious barbeques, ice cream sundaes, and starry skies. It's a time for outdoor adventures like fishing, hiking, or simply enjoying the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.
