This is indeed a cozy retreat. Good layout, comfy beds, comfortable couch and chair, fenced back and front area so dogs are enclosed, super nice feature. The location to Providence Hospital was EXCELLENT! Owner was very prompt with responses to messages.

This was perfect for what we needed. Lauren's communication was great and she was so accommodating. We brought our dogs and was grateful for how dog friendly the house was. She even had dog bowls and treats!

Nice little spot for 3-4 guests with nicely stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities. The tub and sink weren't draining well and a stinky sponge had been left in the kitchen sinkand great communication

Easy check in instructions. House had a very heavy fragrance from diffuser upon arrival. Comforter on bed appeared to be thrown on. Missing or torn window/door screens. Decor inside was nice and space was adequate. This property is a duplex.

Laurens home was very clean and welcoming. We loved the houseplants throughout the house. It was very relaxing sitting out on the deck everyday with our dog. Lauren was quick to respond to my question. A lovely place to stay.

We found the house very clean, it felt more like a home than a rental. A small concern was the showerhead, when showering the spray was very strong and it sprayed over the shower curtain onto the floor, we ended up placing a towel on the floor to protect from water damage. We cooked every day and were able to find everything we needed. (The can opener did not work, a small inconvenience). Lauren was an excellent host, responding promptly to inquiries, very easy to work with. The property was in a good location, quiet, easy to reach the airport, and shopping.
