Old Farmhouse Renewed - Short walk to lake

Nestled in the quaint village of Fontana near the shores of Geneva Lake, this fully-renovated 1870 farmhouse sits on a spacious lot and is in close proximity to everything the area has to offer. Enjoy the spacious Fontana Beach, hit up one of the many golf courses in the area, rent a boat or paddleboard from Gordy’s Marine, explore the local shops or grab a bite at one of the lakefront restaurants. Also a short walk the Abbey Resort.

About the House:

Two-story fully renovated farmhouse.

First Floor: Full kitchen, half-bath, master bedroom w/full-bathroom, living room with pull-out couch.

2nd Floor: Two bedrooms and full bath upstairs, along with Great Room w/inflatable twin mattress.

Spacious backyard with grill, firepit and deck.

This is my primary residence, but I will not be on-premises during guest stays.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No visitors--only those who are listed on reservation. This means no family or friends stopping in even briefly.
Absolutely no additional overnight guests unless pre-approved. $100/night for each additional guest, paid in advance. Video monitoring at entrance.
3-car max in driveway and no off-street parking. If more parking needed, contact me and I will provide nearby parking options.
