Beautiful Top Floor View Condo, 7th Mountain Resort Bend! Great amenities!
Escape to this beautiful condo just outside picturesque Bend! This cozy top floor retreat has spectacular views over the forest to Paulina Peak and surrounding mountains. The location can’t be beat for access to outdoor recreation! Mt. Bachelor ski area and access to Cascade high lakes and trails are 20 minutes away, access to the beautiful Deschutes River and mountain bike trails are right outside the unit. Widgi Creek golf course is a five minute drive, and it is only 10 to 15 minutes to the Old Mill and downtown Bend. Onsite, the resort features two swimming pools (heated all year) a wading pool, hot tubs, fire pits, fitness room, tennis courts, pickleball, disc golf, an ice skating rink in the winter, whitewater rafting, a small market and gift shop, and a restaurant and bar. The condo has been fully upgraded and features one bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed, a full kitchen, a cozy living room with fireplace, a dedicated work area and a queen size Murphy bed for extra sleeping space. Unit amenities include free WiFi, cable TV, and AC. Whether you are looking to unwind , explore the outdoors or just enjoy all that Bend has to offer, this condo is perfect for your adventures! We have been long time Bend residents. We live on the Central Coast of California now but return to Bend often to visit family and friends. We love the outdoors - skiing, hiking, biking, golfing, kayaking, etc. We are happy that our guests can share in the peace and serenity of our condo, the unbeatable access to the outdoors, and all that Bend has to offer!
