This newly refreshed home in the heart of Aggieland is waiting to host your family, friends and pets for graduation or gameday and has all the comforts for your stay. The house is located just 3 miles to campus and minutes from some of the best dining in College Station.

The home has a large family room with a comfy sectional to fit your entire family. Relax on the sofa to catch your favorite movies or games on our 65" TV or host a family night with our selection of games and puzzles. Enjoy a cocktail or a cup of coffee in our elegant bar area. Create a home-cooked meal in our renovated kitchen, fully stocked with all the tools you need. Customize your morning beverages at our coffee/tea bar and enjoy in the breakfast nook overlooking the back patio.

Step out onto the back porch and enjoy the sunset in beautifully lit yard with plenty of patio seating and a fire pit.

The home has 3 bedrooms - a king bed in primary bedroom with TV and fully renovated en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an attached closet for storage. The third bedroom has a queen bed.

There is a beautifully updated primary bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bathroom off the hall has a shower/bath combination.

Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available. Washer/dryer are also available for use.

We would love to host your family's graduation or ring dunk celebration. We offer custom yard signs to celebrate any occasion for a small incremental fee that are the perfect photo-op to complete your stay.

We are two sisters from the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex but spend a lot of time taking in Aggie sports in College Station. We wanted a place to stay when visiting that felt like home. We've hosted friends and family for graduation and ring dunk celebrations. And we love sharing our home with other Aggie fans and College Station visitors.

We selected this area of College Station because it is so easy to get to campus without fighting University traffic. We also love that it is minutes from the Castlegate neighborhood with some of the best dining in College Station.
