Vacation Mode: ON. This gem is located in the heart of downtown Coeur d’Alene directly on the parade route. Steps away from Tubbs Hill, all the downtown restaurants and.. THE LAKE!! (Voted one of the 10 most beautiful in the world!) This rare find comes with a fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, fire pit, board games & cornhole (Plus a few extras) Guests will be treated to wine & chocolate upon arrival (or San Pellegrino if preferred!)

One free parking spot on site & space to store bikes too!

Coeur d’ Lovely has 3 bedrooms with new mattresses and plush, cloud-like mattress toppers. The twin bedroom offers a trundle bed for additional sleeping space. Entire home comfortably sleeps 6, but the living room sofa also has a pull-out bed for the option of another guest (or two).

The entire top floor is the main guest space with the downstairs area offering a washer and dryer with laundry supplies.

Originally from San Diego, I call Coeur d'Alene my Pacific Northwest Coronado. It has everything a person could want and the natural beauty is breathtaking. I have worked in the hotel and hospitality industry for years, so this is something that I truly take both pride and enjoyment doing.

Why they chose this property

Downtown Coeur d'Alene's a vibe. It's impossible with the lake steps away and the beauty of Tubbs Hill to not feel like you're on vacation. Good luck trying to work for hours on end with all that's within reach in CDA!

What makes this property unique

This home is truly a slice of heaven. with both the inside and outside beckoning you. Take a seat under a leafy canopy in the backyard, fire up the grill for some good eats, or better yet, make a cozy bonfire with all the s'mores fixings! Once you're ready to come inside, enjoy playing board games, watching a movie, and don't forget you have a bottle of wine and chocolate waiting for you!
