About the host
Hosted by Beth Harmon

Forrest and Beth Harmon we moved here from Everglades City Fla, where we had our former business Barron River Resort which is a sportsman paradise!!
In the past we would go to the Blue Ridge mountains to escape the heat of summer ( as many Floridians do) we found this place purely by accident and fell in love with area immediately.
Upon retirement we purchased this lovely 5 1/2 acre property on Cr.325,that has 600 ft right on Cross Creek. Property has been a fish camp since the 1930’s. We recently decided to remodel our cabins for rent so guests can enjoy this beautiful area we call home. Cross Creek is home to assorted animals and wildlife (including insects) that can be annoying or dangerous. Please be aware of your surroundings at all times and avoid contact with wildlife.
We look forward to your stay with us!!
Private guides are available in the area for fishing, sightseeing or taking you out to enjoy our beautiful sunsets.
