Proximity to Ocean Center was amazing, literally right next door. Listing said sleeps 6.Only 2 are gonna be in a bed though,that was a little misleading. Neighborhood behind the house was a little sketchy, definitely wouldn’t let wife and/or kids go out by themselves at night. Decor and features inside are very nice. Very likely to book again.

This one bedroom one bath was a great layout for our family. With a large kitchen and living room space, we had plenty of room to get ready for our activities. We rented to be in close proximity to the Ocean Center.

The property was clean, but it was not at all what was advertised. All of the property around the unit was dilapidated and terrible. You can hear every word spoken by the neighbors. I tried talking to the owner and he wouldn’t do anything at all to remedy the situation. We left early. Zero stars, would never rent again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This was an great little place and I appreciated the convenient location and the well maintained space. My only complaint is that the beds were very awkward. There were two folding couches. One was cot sized, the other was about the size of a full size bed. Both were very uncomfortable. The king size bed in the bedroom was a nice house but was a very hard foam mattress. The last bed was an air mattress. Also, the dishwasher wasn't properly attached to the counter and we couldn't close the door, so we did all the dishes by hand.

The unit is in a great location and decorated nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The only thing I wish was better was that we received our checkout instructions sooner.
