This magnificent home is located in the coastal community of Frangista Beach. “Best Kept Sea-Cret” features 9 stunning bedrooms and perfectly blends both an modern and an coastal aesthetic. The first thing that you will notice upon arrival is the spectacular courtyard with a private pool, BBQ grill and plenty of chaise lounge seating for sunbathing.



Stepping through the French doors, you be greeted by an bright and beachy lounge room. For indoor entertainment, the lounge/game room features a pool table, bar table, and flat-screen TV. For your ease, there is also a laundry room with a full-size refrigerator on this floor. For sleeping arrangement, you will find a Queen Suite with its own private bathroom, and two bunk rooms. The first bunk room has two sets of full-over-full bunk beds, this room sleeps 8. The second bunk room has a full-over-full bunk bed and sleeps 4.



On the second floor you will find a wide and spacious living area. This space flows into the dining and kitchen areas — giving optimal space for easy conversation. There are stylish, comfortable leather couches and a large TV in the living area, perfect for movie nights! Up to 12 guests can sit around the formal dining table, waiting to embark on a culinary adventure prepared in the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with all stainless appliances and necessary cookware to inspire your inner chef. There is an adjoining breakfast bar offering 4 additional seats. Finishing this floor is a King Suite with a private bath, as well as a King suite with an attached shared bath.



The third level consists of three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. You will find 2 King Suites, each featuring their own private bathrooms. Also located on this floor is the Master King Suite with an large and luxurious bathroom featuring dual vanities, a spa tub, and separate shower. This room also features French doors to the large balcony which overlooks the pool area and beautiful Frangista Beach community. Lastly, travel the spiral staircase to the fourth floor will you find sleeping quarters with two twin beds and a flat screen TV — idyllic for the kiddos! * Please note, that there is no bathroom located in the fourth floor tower.*

* This home requires Saturday to Saturday rentals during our Summer Season. College/Student groups are NOT allowed. A maximum of 15 guests permitted with groups of singles or young adults that are 25 years of age and older. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*



* PARKING: Space for 4 vehicles. No Grass/Street Parking



* Weddings/Events –Not Permitted on the Private Beach Access.* (Small Events at the Home Permitted)



* Beach Access: Guests must use Hollywood Beach Access; *No tents or canopies allowed on private beach used for the community.*



* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*

Seasonal Beach Chair Service - Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered from May 9th - August 8th, 2026! This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM!

Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Exclusive to Beach Reunion guests, we offer electric street-legal golf cart rentals at rates well below other Destin/Miramar Beach providers. Skip the sand and keep your car clean while cruising in vacation style. Free delivery is included—call today to reserve your 6-seat street-legal golf cart with your vacation rental!



Pool Heating - can be heated from October 1st - May 1st. Please note there is an additional fee to heat the pool. $75/Day, $525/Week (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)



Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities:

Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar.

Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home! About 3 to 5 days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. This home is within walking distance of a coffee shop, deli, Dairy Queen, a beach gear shop and local favorite beach front seafood restaurants, Pompano Joe`s and Whales Tale. Frangista Beach is also home to Emerald Coast Wine Cellars where you can sample and purchase wines made exclusively in Florida. A large Winn-Dixie grocery store is 1.5 miles to the east and beside it you will find the largest designer outlet mall in the Southeast, Silver Sands Premium Outlet. Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece built a small motel and, subsequently, a little white Synagogue (which still stands to this day). Many brides are married on the Frangista Beach and use the picturesque chapel for photographs. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return year after year.

All linens and bath towels are provided. Please provide your own beach/pool towels. Towels removed from the home will result in a fine assessed.



Starter set of supplies. We will get you started and you take it from there! Includes 1-2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag per trash can, travel size dish soap, and dish washing liquid. These items are meant to get guests settled in. Once items have been used, its guests responsibility to replenish items.



This home has a private gas grill. Propane is included.

With our offices open 7 days a week, it makes it easy to get in touch with us for all your vacation needs! Our office hours are 9am to 5pm central time. You can get in contact with us either by email or phone!



We do ask that within the first 24 hours of your arrival to your home, if you find anything that needs the services of our housekeeping staff members or our maintenance team members that you notify us here at the office directly. We like to ensure that everything during your stay with us is held to high standards, so if anything unforeseen does arise, we want to quickly dispatch the right people as soon as possible! We want you to enjoy your vacation and stay with us and not delay any of your time!
