This cottage is located 3 minutes from Navy Point Park & Beach, 10 min from downtown's vibrant scene & 7 minutes from Sander's Beach (great for fishing). Also, located near Bayou Grande. This private 1946, pet-friendly home is 100% smoke free. Help yourself to our fully stocked lemonade bar featuring fresh lemons, mint, & a variety of syrups located in the kitchen upon your arrival. Also available is a 12 cup carafe & single serve combo coffee maker with sugar, creamers, teas, & honey. IF BRINGING A PET, there is a $50.00 FLAT FEE (included for up to 3 pets) Pup amenities will be provided: X-large dogbeds, dog bowls, toys, crate, dog sofa cover, snacks.We conduct monthly pest control services to keep our home &yard pest free . We are multiple pet-owners ourselves & understand the struggle of traveling with multiple pets &finding a nice, clean home. This is one of the reasons why we created the Lemon Zest Cottage. There is no breed or weight restrictions when it comes to pups (other than them being well behaved); but guests have to let us know so the proper amenities, according to pet size will be ready. This home has 3-bedrooms, 1-bathroom with original hardwood floors. If you like to "unplug" there's a reading nook in the master bedroom with a variety of books. This property has a comfy sleeper chair & soft blankets for movie nights. Each bedroom features a cozy queen bed with a removable, fitted, soft mattress topper to adjust the softness of the beds..Our dogbeds, dog bed covers, & sofa cover gets sanitized & laundered between each pups stay. We also have an UVC light vacuum that we use on the sofa & upholstered furniture after each stay. A large Air Purifier is also provided. There is a white noise machine in each bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen with a crockpot for home cooked meals. The bathroom boasts a jetted bathtub with complimentary bubble bath. There is a back deck plant oasis. Amenities like high speed Internet, board games, heating, AC, high-speed WiFi, & Netflix. 50 inch TV in living room and 40 inch Roku TV in master bedroom. Fully fenced property and converted yellow shed/game room with ping pong, foosball, and corn hole for hours of fun. We can provide a full size crib & a high chair if needed. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, ice cooler, beach balls & toys are provided. Perfect for families, event-goers, business travelers, pet parents & honeymooners. There is a large backyard (great for dogs to let their zoomies out)& outdoor dining room table & plenty of outdoor seating. The cottage is centrally located: just minutes away from front gate at NAS & 15-20 from Pensacola Beach. Rideshares like Uber & Lyft are available.

The house had a coffee bar, a hot chocolate bar chips, muffins, milk, all kinds of condiments even have a toothbrush with their own toothpaste for each person spending the night. It was very inviting.

After a long hard 10 hour drive with my two girls and worrying, is the place secure for my puppers, is it clean from previous puppers families, do the pictures really reflect what the place looks like currently? Trying to drive hard to get here before dark...I made it and from the time they got out of the car the yard was secure. There was a welcome basket for my girls, bowls, and beds for them. You wouldn't even know another dog had been here, walked the yard... clean, perfect for my girls....im thinking thumbs up, I can make do....but no they had me covered as well, coffee set up, snack basket, lemonade stand (pictures to explain). Place is clean comfortable and backyard was nothing but relaxation for me and exploring for my girls. They are a 5 host I 100% recommend staying here. Thank you to the host for accommodating my changes and walking into your home knowing my girls are also set up for the stay. I would most definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I wanted to get away from the busy city life, we decided to make beautiful Pensacola our home. Our neighborhood is quiet, we are walking distance from a supermarket, 7 minutes from Sander's Beach (great for fishing) & 3 minutes away from a great seafood restaurant, 10 minutes from downtown & depending on traffic 15 to 20 minutes away from Pensacola Beach. Pensacola is very dog friendly, dogs are accepted almost everwhere, including many beaches. Cool places to hang out everywhere: Blue Wahoo Stadium, Goofy Golf (visit one of the oldest golf courses in the country with great prices & they have a 20 foot tall T-Rex); a must see for kids, Roger Scott Dog Park (nice park with small & large pups areas), National Aviation Museum-3.3 miles from our cottage, we also have great eateries like MiSu street food (delicious truck food), the Garden at Palafox+Main, Scenic 90 Cafe, Joe Patty's Seafood, the Fishouse, Shrimp Basket, Bubba's Sweet Spot (4 mi. away & great sweets), & all are dog friendly.

Family friendly,bright, airy,peaceful, on a quiet street, cottage restored to former glory with modern appliances & amenities. 10 min from downtown, 7min from Sander's Beach. Big fenced yard, beautiful covered front porch and spacious back deck with solar string lights, luscious plants & a grill. Outdoor dining table great for al fresco dining. We have a game room with foosball, ping pong table, corn hole set & much more. We also have beach gear available (beach chairs, beach umbrella, a cooler on wheels, beach toys, a picnic basket etc...). Ultimately, we are trying to create lasting memories for our guests & their pups.
