This was the perfect place for us to stay while we moved our son into Georgia Tech for the start of his Freshman year.The rental was clean, fresh, and very modern.The 2 large bedrooms and giant beds were extremely comfortable.Having an EV car charger on site was a huge bonus.Not having to waste time during the day charging allowed us to have more time to visit downtown Atlanta.As for the host, they were amazing.I have never had a more attentive and welcoming host before.I will definitely rent this place again at the end of the semester.Thank you Moise for the wonderful accommodations

Beautiful Modern Basement

Our visit was nice and comfortable. The space was exactly as the pictures posted. The beautiful modern aesthetic was very comforting. Despite it being in the basement, both bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. With the space located in the basement it was still quiet and peaceful. The communication from the host was expectional. He was timely with his responses and he quickly helped me navigate through a challenge I had on my end with booking. He was very pleasant and kind in every communication exchange. The only concern were the many mosquitoes after it had rained. Despite the many bites, I would still highly recommend this location due to the attentiveness and positive response from the host.
