Friendly House Rules – Please Read Before You Kick Back!

Hey there! We want your stay to be easy, relaxing, and smooth sailing—so here are a few house rules to help keep things cool with the HOA and comfy for everyone:

No Cardboard in the Trash Chute
Seriously… they mean it. Tossing cardboard (even a tiny box!) down the chute by the elevator = $500 fine. Let’s avoid that drama!

All trash must be bagged and tied.

Boxes? Please break them down and take them downstairs.

Bulky trash? Also goes downstairs (your legs will thank you later for the mini workout).

No Bikes, Kayaks, Inflatables, or Generators inside the unit.
Let’s keep it cozy—not crowded!

No candles please—safety first (and the furniture thanks you too).

Outdoor furniture stays outside, indoor furniture stays inside. No couch surfing… for the actual couch.
