Tall Timbers Lodge is a wildly popular 5 bedroom, 3 bath lodge that offers great space for up to 16 guests and 2 pets! The main level has an open floor plan, and there are wrap-around, multi-level decks outside. It's tucked over a hill on a wooded 2 acre lot, just 1.5 miles from Old Man's Cave. Must be 25 years or older to rent. AWD/4WD recommended.

Perfect Family Space

Our family celebrated Easter here. We absolutely loved the cabin. 3 floors, plenty of space for everyone. The deck is gorgeous, big enough for an Easter Egg Hunt! Kitchen is fully stocked! Everything was clean. The table was large enough to enjoy meals together and play games around. Good Central location; close to Old Man’s Cave and shopping options. A few things to consider about this location: It is on a hillside, so exploring the woods was not an option for the kids. Also, I missed the information about propane for the grill. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Order ahead or bring your own. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend to others!

Perfect getaway

Loved sitting on the deck surrounded by trees and enjoying the hot tub. Nice having a full bath on each Level. 10 minutes to old mans cave and the visitor center.

Great Location

Great location for a family gathering. Enjoyed the wrap-around porch and fire pit. The only negative was the steep gravel driveway, but it was not a problem for our group.

Cabin in the woods

Secluded but not far off of 664 and lake Logan and hocking hills caves and lodge. Cabin is a little dark but loved it. Sleeps 14 people which I didn’t realize. Hot tub was very clean. Have one at home so know what to look for w the hot tub. Love love the decks and covered patios!!!!

Family vacation

We had a family of 11 stay here for a family 4th of July vacation. It was clean, beautiful setting, close to the trails and 20 minute drive to the grocery store and Walmart.

The lodge was immaculately clean. Even the windows were spotless for viewing the beautiful woods surrounding the cabin. The location was perfect. It was very quiet in the woods yet very close to Hocking Hills attractions.

Everything was good. Mattresses were a bit worn and floors were very creaky, guess you have to expect that a bit for a log cabin.

Cousin’s Weekend

We spent the weekend in the cabin catching up, playing games, and eating! The weather was raining so we did not get to do much outside except spend some time in the hot tub. We had plenty of beds and seating for everyone to just relax. The cabin had instructions for everything but the fireplace so we decided to not mess with it. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Beautiful & Clean Cabin!

This is a great place to stay in Hocking Hills for a large group! We had 11 people and had lots of space to spread out. The cabin was very clean when we arrived. There were more than enough fresh towels. All the beds were very comfortable. The covered deck was also great for playing card games while being protected from the rain. I would definitely stay here again!

Great house for our group!

We had a group of 9 adults for the weekend. The house was a great size. It was nice that all the couples/ adults could have their own bedroom. The hot tub was a good size as well. There was plenty of room in the kitchen to cook large meals and sit around the big kitchen table. The location of the house is great. Very close to hiking and just a short drive from Logan. There is also a small general store down the road.

Yearly tradition

We had a great time on the unit. Hot tub and fireplace was used daily. Just relaxed and enjoyed bringing in the new year with the same friends and our grown adult daughters that we have brought in the new year with for 25 years

Great cabin

Cozy getaway! The rustic beams were great. Kitchen well equipped. I wished there were some more lights, I know some people like cabins to be darker/cozier but I would have preferred more light. For being pet friendly it was quite clean. We didn’t have pets and I didn’t realize until after we booked that pets were welcomed but none of our allergies flared up so that told me they keep it quite clean!

Excellent home for grandparents with grown children and grandchildren!

We just returned from an exceptional family vacation! Our two grown children, and their families, each took over a level of the home (one upstairs and the other downstairs) while my husband and me used the bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. What a great layout! The wrap around deck provided lots of dry running space for toddlers and much needed relaxation space for the adults. I hope to return to Tall Timbers next summer!

Needed more bedding

Our family had a great time. Loved having 3 king beds. Lower level was pretty dirty. Only real complaint is not enough bedding. Blanket chests in rooms nearly empty. We needed some extra blankets.
