Kitchen equipped with modern appliances; including dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, Keurig coffee maker, wine chiller and full-size refrigerator with ice maker. This space has AC, heating, WiFi and a 55-inch television. Outdoor amenities include, table and chairs, Adirondack chairs, firepit, canoe, kayaks and paddleboards. Life jackets are available and required on kayaks, canoe or paddleboards. No lifeguard on duty, renters swim at their own risk. The owners occupy the upper level with only the yard being shared space
